I stopped into Unique Auto and was greeted by their friendly and professional staff Carolina was very helpful in showing me the car I was interested in and helping me complete the application I was so surprised she was able to get me approved within such a short time. Ive been here 3 times in 1 day due to an error i made but each time the staff were super helpful and informative. If it wasn't for my own mistake i would've been in and out within 5 minutes. I came to register my car at this location to avoid the Dmv's appointment list. Thank you, unique auto for saving me today.

Caroline is absolutely amazing! I registered my son's first vehicle there and she was so helpful and friendly. She made the process so enjoyable. I will definitely be going there for my registration needs in the future and I suggest you do the same!

I went in for DMV processing, unfortunately they don't do registrations for moving into the state without a new sale. However the young woman in there reviewed all my paperwork to make sure I would get through the DMV with no problem.

everyone in unique auto sales was extremely helpful in getting my car registered. took no more than 10 mins to register my vehicle and i was on my way. worth the 55 minute drive and the ladies brightened my buddy and i’s day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Came here to register a car that I bought from a private seller. First of all, it's awesome that they offer that service. No need for DMV. The young lady who did our transaction was very efficient, we were done in less than 10 minutes!!!! In and out, painless. I didn't catch her name, or I would personally shout her out. Great job Unique Auto Sales and young lady that helped us! Keep it up, your service is priceless. No need to wait 2 weeks for a DMV appointment, and then wait several hours at DMV once you get there. Use Unique Auto to register your vehicles. You won't be sorry.

Caroline was absolutely fantastic and extremely patient as I needed to register a vehicle as I had not had to worry about DMV paper work for some time. I cannot say enough about how easy she made the process and how patient she was with my paperwork. Unique also has some very nice cars on their lot for sale!

My car went and I had to find a vehicle asap for My family & I, but because Ive had so many bad experiences in the past with car dealerships I’ve been keeping my guard up. When I finally reached out to unique auto they were very professional and kind just over the phone, I filled out paperwork online and same day was pre-approved! I don’t have good credit at all but they were still willing to help me out. I came in the next day and met with Karoline who made the process so easy and comforting. She worked quick and so hard to help me get my vehicle! She’s very caring of her customers and actually try’s working with you. She’s straight forward and provides all the information you need ahead of time, no beating around the bush ! The overall experience and care we received was amazing and we truly can’t thank her enough !

When we got to Unique we had already resigned to the idea that we would get a car, after trying in two other dealerships (both had a really bad experience) we decided to give it one more try and I can HONESTLY say we don’t regret it AT ALL!!!! As soon as we got there Caroline greeted is and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us and we finally we got to take out much needed car home. Words cannot express how truly GRATEFUL we are. Would highly recommend Unique to anyone.

This had to be my best experience with a car dealership in my whole 30 years the staff there is are really welcoming and want you you to leave in the car of your dreams even if you can’t get that car they still will match you up with a car with is good for your financial situation Caroline is the best auto sales woman I’ve met she gets all my business and family business I recommend this car dealership to everyone that is trying to get a great car at great prices

I wish the DMV was as awesome as Unique Auto’s service is. Carolyn was helpful getting my plates registered and i had an issue that would of taken me hours on the phone with the DMV, but was able to get it done much quicker here. Highly recommend.

Unique Auto sales deserve 5 Stars ⭐️ every single time I go there they never let me down. They always find a way to make your life much easier when it comes to DMV portion of their job. In fact Carolina was very helpful for me today, I was going through a rough time this morning with my vehicle as I was talking with the receptionist, Carolina then over heard my conversation and made it happen for me. Top of the line service for a small dealership they make sure that I was satisfied and everything they put more effort in any big dealerships I ever went to and just for that I will continue to come in not to mention the cars are good the mechanics are certified the employee make sure they go out their way to cater to you I mean you couldn't get it any better

They charged me another $25 for title duplicate, but it was part of DMV work. They finished the registration in 20 minutes, and even gave plates right away + screws for the plates. I can't understand why they have only 3.9 stars. $25 commission is every worth a penny. 5 stars for their work!!

I had a terrible time with DMV trying to register a used vehicle I purchased through a private sale. I also was in a red tape nightmare trying to use the DMV website to renew the registration on my other car. The professional and courteous staff at Unique Auto Sales took care of both transactions the same day I contacted them. The $25 fee they charged was worth every penny to avoid DMV altogether. I also had to drive almost 40 minutes to get this done because other dealers listed on the DMV website were not as acccomodating. Highly recommend this route for anyone looking to register or renew. Great job by the team at Unique Auto.

Had a great experience, didn't feel pressured and saw 5 cars I was interested in. Efrain did a great job at informing me of the cars I liked aswell as gave suggestions. I did not purchase just yet, I'm still looking but I'm pretty sure they will be getting my business.

Went for my second car, and i was immediately greeted. I picked out my car, theu let me test drive it and the couple things that was wrong was fixed in 2 days and i was able to take my baby home. I bought the car back because the back up camera was fuzzy and was told they would order me a new one... Great Customer Service and Great Staff

The ladies at Unique were great! My credit is absolutely horrible but they wound up getting me approved with not too much down on a car that's in amazing shape, runs and drives great! They worked a lot of time to get me approved, they definitely went above and beyond for me. I'm recommending them to all my friends!

Unique Auto had a great selection in my price range. My credit was ok and the knowledgeable sales staff helped me get the right loan for the Honda Accord I wanted! Absolutely blown away! The customer service at unique is among the best I have come across in any context. I contacted Caroline and Angie for a project that I was doing at Yale's School of Management. The premise was as follows: you're given a paperclip and have to trade the paperclip for items of increasing worth. I had made 9 trades and had a painting. When I told Caroline and Angie that I would give them a very nice painting in exchange for a car that I would donate to charity, they agreed! They have been nothing but kind and professional and their dealership reflects their kindness and professionalism. They are such an amazing part of the New Haven Community. Highly recommended!

Bought a used vehicle for my busines and knowing I was getting and older car basically as is, angela the owner went above and beyond to take care of a few minor details. new battery, fixed a winshield Washer, tail light, all things that i noticed last minute and they really didnt have to fix even called the dealer to give me a discount for an extra key

I have been to alot of car dealers in my 40years... This place is the best. I got a great car at a grate price. I love my car.. But most of all.10k miles and 3mos after i picked up my 100k mile car. Somthing broke... The fixed it even when they didnt need to.. Im talking $700 helped me... They really are good pepole.. Thanks everyone.
